Returns and exchanges  I gladly accept returns and exchanges  Contact me within: 7 days of delivery  Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery  I don't accept cancellations  But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.  The following items can't be returned or exchanged  Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:  Custom or personalized ordersPerishable products (like food or flowers)Digital downloadsIntimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)  Returns and exchange details  If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your item and we will find a way to make you a happy customer! Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs but the full price and original standard shipping will be refunded to domestic buyers. If you have had a ring sized, the sizing fee is not refundable. Returns are accepted but Items must be returned in the same condition as when shipped to buyer and not altered or manipulated in any way or credit will not be applied.  Payment  Payment by Paypal or credit card is preferred. I now accept Etsy Gift Cards!  Shipping  Shipping for now is free on all items unless noted differently.
